Super Sandwich

The other week when I made the French baguette we made a delicious sandwich for lunch.  It is our new favorite lunchtime treat!

French BLT - serves 2


French Baguette - click here for a recipe
6 slices of bacon
Medium onion
6 slices of Brie Cheese
2 large pieces of lettuce
Fig jam


1.  Slice the onion and saute until caramelized.

2.  Cook the bacon using your preferred cooking method.

3.  Slice open the baguette and spread with fig jam.  Place the brie, caramelized onions, bacon, and lettuce on your sandwich.
