If you need some motivation and would like some personal training look no further than the Nike Training App.  This app gives you workouts for your specific goals, getting lean, toned, stronger, or focused.  The 85+ workout options range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.

You can train with professional athletes, set your own music, do celebrity workouts, and get step by step instructions and demos for each exercise.  The app lets you track your workout history and share it via Facebook and Twitter.
