So dinners this week are not the usual, however I after having a couple teeth removed this morning I am in the need for summer soup...
Sunday - Cucumber-Buttermilk Soup
Monday - Cold Potato-Leek Soup
Tuesday - Chilled Spicy Tomato Soup
Wednesday - Chilled Cucumber - Avocado Soup (we have lots of cucumbers from our garden!)
Thursday - Eggplant Fritters with Spiced Yoghurt
Friday - Chicken Breasts with Tomato-Herb Pan Sauce
Saturday - Green Shawarma Salmon
