I have never made my own mustards, but after reading this article in
Sunset Magazine I am going to give it a try. They had six recipes for homemade mustard and they all sound so good, and very easy: rosemary thyme, cognac, ballpark beer, hot and tangy, seeded agave nectar, and spicy chipotle. Looks like we'll be having sandwiches for lunch next week!
