Sesame Beef Salad - Donna Hay Magazine, Issue #53
Serves 4

4 x 200g Sirloin steaks
Olive oil, for brushing
1/4 cup each soy sauce and sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 long red chili, sliced
300g tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 cup mint leaves
2 green onions, sliced
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat.  Brush the steak with oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.

2.  Place the soy, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and chili in a large bowl and mix to combine.

3.  Slice the steak and add to the dressing with the tomato, cucumber, onion, mint, green onion and sesame seeds and toss until well combined.
