What is for dinner?

Here is what our family is going to eat this coming week...

Sunday - Roasted Salmon with Parsnips and Ginger

Monday - Brats with sauteed brussel sprouts

Tuesday - Roasted Chicken and Pear Salad (the recipe doesn't call for chicken, but I add it to make it a more filling dinner salad)

Wednesday - Almond Chicken Soup

Thursday - Linguinie with Toasted Almonds and Parsley

Friday - Dinner Out

Saturday - Moroccan Steamed Salmon with Quinoa and Carrots
