After determining the best buttermilk pancake recipe I now have my sites set on chocolate chip cookies. I have tried a couple of recipes, but am officially starting my search for the best cookie out there. If you have a recipe you think is great please email it to me and I will test it against the other contenders.
There's a fantastic recipe from the Times on making the best cookie - it involved refrigerating the dough before hand, european butter and using two types of chocolate chips
