Tuesday - Roasted Pear - Spinach Salad (I will add roasted chicken to this to make it a dinner meal)
Wednesday - Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Cauliflower, Caramelized Onion and Raisin Vinaigrette
Thursday - Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Sauce
Friday - Swiss Chard, Snap Peas, and Beef Stir-Fry
Saturday - Biba's Ricotta Squash Gnocchi
