Monday - Roasted Vegetables (we will roast butternut squash, leeks, potatoes, cauliflower)
Tuesday - Crispy Broccoli Rabe, Chickpea, and Fresh Ricotta Salad
Wednesday -Almond Chicken Soup with Sweet Potato, Collards, and Ginger
Thursday - Fall Vegetable Hash with Poached Eggs
Friday - Bacon and Swiss Chard Pasta
Saturday - Braised Lamb Shanks with Swiss Chard
